Multi-parameter flow cytometry
From £180 per run
We run panels of up to 18 colours on our BD FACSAria III and Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX S. Suitable for immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, apoptosis assays, and intracellular cytokine staining. We handle compensation matrix calculation and provide a gating report with every dataset.
-
Cell sorting (FACS)
From £260 per session
Fluorescence-activated cell sorting for downstream applications including RNA sequencing, proteomics, and functional assays. We sort into tubes, plates, or slides depending on your downstream protocol. Purity checks are included at no additional cost.
-
Microfluidic chip analysis
From £220 per session
We run custom and commercial microfluidic chips for droplet generation, on-chip cell lysis, and single-cell encapsulation. We work with PDMS and glass chips and can assist with chip priming and troubleshooting if your design is new.
-
Panel design consultation
£95 per session
A one-hour session with Dr. Marcus Hale or a senior analyst to review your antibody panel, fluorochrome choices, and gating strategy before you commit to reagents. We check for spectral overlap, tandem dye degradation risk, and antigen density mismatches.
-
Data re-analysis
From £75 per dataset
If you have existing FCS files from another facility and need a second opinion on gating or a fresh analysis with different parameters, we offer standalone re-analysis. We use FlowJo v10.9 and provide an annotated workspace file.

Training and onboarding
£350 per half-day
Half-day or full-day training sessions for researchers new to flow cytometry or transitioning from a different instrument platform. We cover instrument setup, panel design principles, compensation, and basic gating. Maximum four participants per session.
